Commissioned Props, Clothes, and Scripts:

JixelPatterns offers commissioned props, clothes, and scripts as part of its Services. These commissioned services are distinct from our other offerings and are subject to their own set of terms and conditions outlined below.

Right to Refuse Commission Requests: JixelPatterns reserves the right to refuse any commission requests at its sole discretion. We may decline requests for commissioned props, clothes, and scripts for any reason, including but not limited to concerns related to feasibility, scope, content, legality, or alignment with our creative vision.

Terms and Conditions for Commissioned Services: For services marked and contracted as commissioned, while we strive to ensure the quality and functionality of these commissioned items, please note that they are provided on an "as-is" basis. JixelPatterns will provide initial assistance with installing and implementing these items as part of the Services.

However, once the commissioned props, clothes, or scripts are successfully installed and operational, JixelPatterns shall not be liable for any issues, damages, or disruptions that may arise after that. This includes but is not limited to, any malfunctions, compatibility issues, or other problems that might occur after the initial installation. Users are responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, and any necessary updates or modifications to the commissioned items unless otherwise stated or contracted.

By agreeing to these Terms, for commissioned services, you acknowledge and accept that JixelPatterns is released from any liability arising from the use or performance of commissioned props, clothes, and scripts after the initial installation and setup. It is your responsibility to ensure the proper functioning of these items and to seek assistance or perform necessary actions to address any issues that may arise.
